- 06:30 AM – Physical Training (Running, Stretching, Fitness Drills)
- 07:30 AM – Drill & Discipline Training (Marching, Commands)

- 09:30 AM – Skill Training (Self Defence, Survival Skills, Map Reading)
- 11:30 AM – Adventure Activities (Climbing, Zipline, Obstacle Course)
